The department of Anesthesia Technology is one of the main medical sciences in terms of surgery. It can reduce the patient's consciousness and pain for treatment and facilitate surgeries that require sedation and pain relief. The duration may be short or relatively long, but preparing the patient and performing Anesthesia is very important A successful surgery.
Controlling and avoiding complications that may occur during and after surgery include the preparation of anesthetics, pain relief, the use of artificial respiration, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and other works that belong to this sacred profession.
To prepare a graduate who can work in the operating room and intensive care unit, with scientific anesthesia expertise specific to working in hospitals. The department aims to prepare a competent scientific graduate specializing in anesthesia and intensive care techniques to continue with developments in anesthesia techniques by preparing a laboratory similar to that available in operating rooms and intensive care units in hospitals.
- Study for two years Graduates of this department will receive a technical scientific diploma in the technical department of anesthesia.
- Graduates of grade (12) high school science branch will be admitted.
